Got a call from a guy with a pretty thick Indian accent saying he was from BT Openreach, wanting to fix my slow internet. I played along for a bit but said I was busy with work. Told him I'd keep him talking so he wouldn't bother anyone else who might get taken in by his scam, but then he just hung up. I’m not even with BT for my broadband, but still, I’d like to think I wouldn’t fall for a random cold call like that. If you’ve made a complaint before, watch out anyway!
