just got a call from this number earlier, left a voicemail saying it was bt warning me about suspicious stuff on my internet and that they’d cut it off soon. they told me to press 3 to talk to someone. sounded totally fake to me. there’s no way bt would send a message like that. watch out for this kind of scam!

Today I got a call from this number, leaving a voicemail saying it was BT warning me they were about to cut off my internet because of some dodgy activity on my connection. They said I could press 3 to talk to an "Executive" (!!??). Absolutely ridiculous. BT would never send a message like that. Watch out for this one!
