Got a call from a recorded voice warning my IP was at risk and telling me to call a certain number to fix it. Definitely some kind of dodgy scam. Be careful lads.

I received a robocall from someone claiming to be ‘Shirley’ telling me that my IP was hacked by several countries and that my internet would be cut off in the next day or two. They told me to hit zero to speak with a tech to sort it out.

Got a call about my address being compromised, they told me to press 1 for tech help, sounded dodgy so I hung up. Then I rang my broadband company to check and they said it’s definitely a scam, best not to press any buttons.

got a call with some robot voice saying my internet ip was hacked or something and to press 1 to get an engineer fix the ip address. totally sounded like a scam to me.
