I got a call saying there was some money taken out of my bank and to hit 1 if I wanted to stop it or talk to someone about it. I pressed 1 but there was no response, so I just ended the call.

I've had a rough time with this kind of call before, honestly it was horrible. Just cut them off! These people try to fish out all sorts of details about your bank. It's best to ring your bank yourself if you think something's wrong because normally they won’t call you out of the blue like that. Cheers to whoever actually called though.

Got a call about some weird transactions on our bank account, amounts that didn’t add up. They talked about services we never signed up for. Ended the call straight away, seemed dodgy to me.
