Definitely a scam. They claimed they weren’t trying to sell me anything or gather my personal info, but it felt dodgy. When I asked about my insurance provider, they just rattled off a bunch of company names, saying they couldn’t give me a straight answer because of data protection rules. After going on and on for about 5 minutes, still insisting they weren’t selling anything, they then asked for 15 minutes of my time. I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Since then, they’ve kept ringing me, but I just ignore it.
