On 13th Dec 2019, someone rang me claiming to be from EcoPro Suffolk, saying my house was built before 2000 and had bitumen roofing felt, which apparently causes condensation issues. They refused to provide a callback number, and when I questioned them about calling me out of the blue, they shrugged it off saying just because I didn’t ask for a call, didn’t mean I wouldn’t get one! (I’m on the TPS, by the way).

I got a call from 01473 937407 about a loft survey by ecopro. When I rang back, it said the number couldn’t be reached. Bit strange really, as I wanted to find out more and now I’m left wondering who actually called me.

Got a call on my work phone from some idiot cold calling, asking for an employee's mobile number from Ipswich. Only managed to give them a P.O. Box instead. What a waste of time!

They rang me today and actually knew our name, which was a bit odd. When i asked who they were, she said something about ‘eco pro’ and claimed to be calling from suffolk. Then i wanted to know where they got our number from and she just said it came up on their system. But when i asked what number she was calling from, she just hung up on me. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from 01473 855173, they knew my name before I said anything. I asked which company they were representing and they said something like saving solutions. Then I asked where they’re from and they said Ipswich. I told them I wasn’t interested in talking and ended the call. Later, I searched for saving solutions Ipswich and the only one I could find was actually in Ipswich, Massachusetts, USA. I’ve now blocked the number on my phone.

Got a call from an unknown number, so I just let it go to voicemail. But the moment the answering machine picked up, the caller hung up straight away. Pretty clear they had no idea who I was or anything important to say!

I told them I was on the TPS and they just cut me off straight away. Definitely a telesales call.

Most of the time, they begin by saying they’re aware I was in a car crash involving a vehicle registered under my name, claiming the road traffic accident office told them. I normally ask them to explain how they got that info and exactly what happened. Occasionally, they give a bit more detail, but often they just repeat that the RTA department notified them.
