Got a ring from a woman wanting to chat about my sky broadband. When I asked her for my sky account number to prove she was legit, she suddenly claimed she never said she worked for sky (which she hadn’t). Still, she kept pushing to talk about my bills even after I told her I wasn’t up for it. Proper annoying sales call, so I’ve blocked the number now.

They claimed to be calling from the UK and said it was just a quick heads-up that my EE broadband price was going up. When I said to cancel my broadband, the guy quickly said he wasn’t actually with EE but works for the company that owns Sky, EE, Virgin broadband, and others. Then he asked how much I pay monthly, and I told him that’s none of his business since he’s not my provider. I hung up right after. Then, less than a minute later, I got another call from a different number but the same company - the number was 02039180406.

Got a call pushing a different broadband, like Virgin or something. The background was pretty dodgy, kept hearing noisy kids or something in the mix!

Got a call from an unfamiliar number, but since they didn’t leave any voicemail, I didn’t pick up. I usually don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t know. Probably going to block it since if it was important, they would have left some sort of message!
