When we reached out to the real energy providers, and also contacted 1st Business Connections directly to express our doubts, a call handler identifying as Sean Daniels got quite hostile. He said they'd never been called scammers before and seemed offended, then spent ages arguing with us just for voicing concerns. When pressed, he claimed he was only trying to support his family and that if all we wanted was to debate, they didn’t want our custom. There’s no website or email to contact them properly, and they dodged all valid questions. Don’t share any personal info, and always verify with the real energy companies before trusting anyone. We got one answer from them, but now it looks like they’ve blocked our number, so they’re definitely not a trustworthy outfit.
