They said they’d put the purchase on hold for a day so they could confirm with me. When I told them I hadn’t made the purchase, they tried to help me cancel it and asked what device I use to shop on Amazon. I started feeling iffy because they got really pushy, telling me we had to hurry up since the 24 hours were almost over. I asked for their name and the official Amazon phone number, but they just kept insisting they worked for Amazon.
