Got two calls from this number today, first a guy then a woman. After the first call, I politely told them to take me off their list. Both times, they asked if my boiler was over six months old, claiming it was about some new government rule. Sounded really dodgy to me. What's even more annoying is that I only changed my phone about a month ago - how on earth did they get hold of the new number so quickly? Proper annoyed by it.
