Looks like a scam to me. Got a recorded call from some foreign-sounding voice saying my broadband from BT would be cut off today unless I pressed some numbers to talk to an agent. No chance - dumped BT ages ago, so not bothered. Wish it was a proper person though, would have told them where to go. Best to just ignore these calls, they’re pointless.
