I received a call from an insurance company called Ring Connect. They connected me to a selection of insurers they preferred, which was quite handy as it spared me the hassle of searching around. Plus, the best part was that all the calls were complimentary since they reached out to me and then put me through to others. However, I must say, the quotes they provided were quite far off from the one I already secured with a well-known supermarket's insurance service!

I've been out of work for three weeks now, and I've been inundated with 5 to 7 calls a day from a gaggle of tedious telesales folks. They seem to be phoning from this particular number and a few others that look quite similar. When you finally manage to get a word in with them, their attitude is shockingly arrogant and downright rude. They sometimes ask for someone who shares my surname but has a completely different first name. When you push back and question them, they just chuckle dismissively and cut the call. If you manage to ask them to take your number off their list, they usually just giigle and hang up again. It's infuriating! Honestly, why do we have to put up with such nonsense?
