My wife thought it might be some kind of scam, but I reckon it's likely from Flow Energy. I had told them to get in touch just by email, yet they still called, which feels like cold calling to me. Most of the time, when I pick up, the line just cuts off - maybe they’re using some automatic dialling system. It’s really annoying, so I’ve decided to switch to another energy company!

i have a fixed deal with Flow Energy that's nearly finished. last thursday i missed a call from this number when they tried to talk about it. but today, august 13th, they phoned me around twenty times in less than an hour, between noon and 12:45. i picked up about six times and asked them to stop ringing me. this feels like proper harassment.

I've got Flow Energy and this call seemed kinda legit, but maybe it's just some call centre working for them. The guy said he couldn’t hear me properly and promised to call back. About 5 minutes later, I got a call from 01473378014, but when I picked up, all I got was a dialling tone. Bit strange really.
