They said they were from an energy provider or something, but when I rang back, there was this option to stop the calls by pressing 1. But as soon as I did that, it put me through to someone who just shouted “hello” down the phone - no proper intro or anything. If this was a real energy company, you’d expect a bit more professionalism, right? Plus they keep ringing non-stop, which is really annoying.
