I received a rather dubious phone call claiming that my laptop was being hacked, with the caller purporting to be from Microsoft. They insisted they needed to gain access to my device to resolve the issue. It felt suspicious, to say the least!

Received a dodgy call that had me spilling all my personal information. They sent me the wrong phone, then insisted I ship it back to them for a swap. I phoned O2, and they claimed I’d somehow acquired two handsets with them. Absolutely infuriating!
