I've no clue who this is, but they're quite the nuisance, aren't they?

Received a call from 01473371635, but there was no one on the other end—silent as a ghost! It's becoming quite bothersome, almost like a form of harassment. This happened on the 19th of February, 2018.

I noticed someone attempted to ring me, but I didn't answer the call.
