I reckon it's a scammer since they hung up as soon as the voicemail started.

I had a call from someone named 'Rob' about my boiler, which is over a decade old. I questioned his relevance in the matter, and he mentioned something about grants they could help with. Sounds dodgy to me! I made it clear that I didn't want any further contact from them. This number has been a nuisance in the past as well.

It seems as though they’re disguising their intentions as friendly guidance, rather than a sales pitch, doesn’t it? A quick search on Google yielded no results linking that number to a reputable company. So, if it’s not a blatant scam, it certainly raises some eyebrows regarding their morals and integrity!

When I inquired about the source of this information and who provided them with our contact number, she abruptly ended the call! I attempted to return the call, but the line went completely silent.

I received a call just now from the number listed above. The caller claimed we had chatted previously and that I mentioned my boiler was over a decade old. I corrected them, explaining I've only been in this property for under ten years and had a brand-new boiler installed when I moved in. I've since decided to block that number. How very odd!
