She then posed a rather ambiguous question about a phone. When I pointed out that she was apparently promoting a phone service, she outright denied it. Strangely enough, she mentioned they could help us save a whopping 56% on our phone, which left me a bit puzzled - isn't that a phone service after all? I reiterated my stance, insisting she was indeed selling something, to which she maintained her position of not selling anything at all. I eventually ended the call.
