If you’ve recently got in touch with them or reported a power outage, this is probably a follow-up call about that. They’re not connected to the company you pay your electricity bills to. Totally genuine and nothing to worry about.

Yep, it’s definitely UK Power Networks. I got a call from this number to check in about an engineer coming round because my electricity got switched off by mistake.
