Got a voicemail the other day from “Visa” telling me there were two huge transactions, one from PayPal and another from eBay. It said to press one to approve or two to cancel. Totally a scam, but a fresh one at least. I wonder when they’ll start claiming you’ve just spent like £98 billion on some Amazon order and ask you to press one to stop it or something daft like that.

Got a robo call pretending to be from "Visa" telling me there were two huge transactions, one from eBay and another from PayPal. They said to press one to approve, two to cancel - definitely a complete scam, but at least a new twist on it. Wonder how long it’ll be before they claim you’ve approved some ludicrous payment like £98,000,045,00.29 for some random Amazon order and ask you to press a button to stop it? Absolute nonsense!
