I had a really unpleasant experience with this firm, their tone was quite pushy and they kept pressuring me to talk to my kids, refusing to accept my refusal. I honestly think the authorities should have a proper look into businesses like this, especially when they push folks towards making bogus claims. Some people, just struggling with everything going on economically, might be bullied into it without even realising.
