Received a call from an Indian gentleman, clearly in a bustling call centre, claiming to be from BT, the owners of Openreach. He mentioned that my internet download speed wasn't up to snuff. I couldn't help but point out that, frankly, the entire nation seems to be struggling with decent speeds these days. Just as I was making my point, he abruptly cut the call on me. Quite the cheek!
