I received a call from a number I don't recognise on my mobile.

I got a call from this number but missed it, so I decided to call back. It went straight to an answerphone with a weird recorded message saying “your call is important, please hold,” but there was actually noone there. Really strange!

so they called me about some accident claim, right? I asked where they were from and the person on the phone hesitated, then said something about Grimsby. I told them no thanks, but they went ahead and rang me back again. Just ignoring them now.

Keeps ringing at way too early hours, like right when dawn breaks or even later at night. When I call back, it just rings a bit and then they hang up on me. No voicemail or anything, just silence. Feels like someone’s deliberately picking up then dropping the call. Quite strange!
