I got a call earlier in the afternoon and when I picked up, all I could hear was a telly on in the background, no one was actually talking or anything. It felt a bit strange to be honest.

The call came from a number that seemed to be from Grimsby, which is near us, but I’m convinced it’s a scam. It was an automated message pretending to be from Amazon, saying there were two charges on our account - one for £300 and another for £1000. Definitely sounded fishy to me.
