When I asked her what exactly I'd been charged for and the amount, she couldn’t tell me because apparently it was some third party making the call and she didn’t have any of my info. I said I don't have any insurance, and she claimed there was a hidden fee I wouldn’t be aware of. I told her I was well aware of what I paid, and then she just slammed the phone down.
