Yeah, I got a similar message not long ago.

Got a call from this number claiming to be from Ofcom, saying my internet was hacked. They wanted me to let them get into my computer or they'd disconnect my internet. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!

I received a rather alarming call informing me that my internet security had been compromised and that they were set to disconnect my service. Then, believe it or not, they requested remote access to my computer. Absolutely ridiculous, pure scam!
