Got a robocall claiming it was BT warning me my phone line would be disconnected due to hacking risks. They gave me a couple of numbers to ring back. Seemed fishy to me.

I just had this number ring me while I was still in the shower, and it happened twice! Every time I picked up, the line went silent straight away. Apparently, it’s linked to AVI Telecoms. They told me to call 0845 286 9727 for problems, which I did but nobody answered. To me, this feels like a total nuisance and just an unwanted call. I’m seriously thinking of reporting them, and I’d say if anyone else gets these random calls, they should report it as well.

Got a robocall claiming to be from Ofcom's ‘tech team’ about my internet connection. I just told them to buzz off and ended the call straight away.
