My elderly folks have been bombarded non-stop by these crooks telling them there’s insurance cash ready after a crash. Seriously, WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMS!!!! Never share any details with them, just hang up straight away. If possible, use a call blocker to stop them from calling again. They might sound convincing and have your car's registration or address, but that info is easy to find online, so don’t fall for it. Stay safe, and if they keep pestering you, make sure you report it.

So, I got a call from someone saying I'd been part of a no-fault accident claim from the past couple of years. They said the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) had sent my details to them. Thing is, I’ve never had any accident claims, no faults or nothing... really strange.
