6 yearsI received a call this morning from someone named James, or so he claimed, who said he was with Sky Broadband. He mentioned that there were problems with my connection, which, rather coincidentally, has been a bit sluggish lately. He wanted to ‘guide’ me through the process to rectify these issues. However, I started to feel uneasy when he began discussing ‘tinyurl’ and insisted I log into some sort of account. When I expressed my discomfort and decided to hang up, he became rather irate, attempting to validate his identity.
