I received a missed call from this number earlier today and chose to dismiss it as they didn’t leave a voicemail. Just a short while ago, they rang again and I’ve only just hung up. From what I can gather, it seems rather dodgy as the call was an automated recording warning me that my internet service was about to be terminated. It gave the impression they were masquerading as BT, but that’s far from how BT operates. They also prompted me to hit '1' if I wanted to speak to someone. I can't stress enough-whatever you do, don't press any buttons!

Got a call from some woman with a recorded message telling me my internet was going to get cut off in 4 hours unless I ordered a new router. It said to press 1 to chat with my internet company. I just hung up straight away.
