9 yearsWhat a total con! This bloke claimed he could put an end to all the spam calls. He insisted he already had a Visa card linked to our phone since we supposedly pay by direct debit (which is not true). Next thing, he asked me to verify the card number, saying it had to be a Visa. I pressed him to name the bank that issued the card. He had no clue, just made a few wild guesses. When that didn’t work out, he said he'd patch me through to his manager.
