Loads of these numbers seem to have the same kind of messages. Some bloke with an Indian accent pretending to be from BT Openreach. I kept telling him that we aren’t with BT Openreach, but he just talked over me. Kept saying “not with BT, not with BT,” until I finally hung up. He rang back and threatened to cut off the broadband! I found that quite funny and told him it’s my 81-year-old aunt’s place and she doesn’t even have broadband. Guess what? He hung up straight away. It’s definitely a scam. You can't ring those numbers back, but there are loads of similar ones listed here.
