I received a peculiar call via IP VoIP from someone I don’t recognise. It could be anyone at all. I’m fairly certain it’s a scam. The caller just sits in silence, presumably fishing for a response. They seem to be after you to say 'yes' so they can then hit you with fees for services you never agreed to. Be wary!
