Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, saying there were some alerts on my internet connection. I asked for more details and said I'd just call BT myself to sort it out. The guy insisted he was from BT and told me it was no use calling them, then just hung up on me. Tried ringing that number back and it’s showing as disconnected.
