I decided to ring them back and was met with a pre-recorded voice saying, “Greetings, you’ve received a call today from Major Marketing…” That was enough for me; I promptly ended the call. I suspect I may have incurred a fee for my attempt to call them back, which seems to be a common trick among these dodgy scammers.
