Absolutely fraudulent! They pose as if they're calling from AMAZON PRIME using an automated voice, and then you're redirected to a call centre in India. This morning alone, I've been bombarded with nearly 50 calls from various similar numbers, all delivering the identical spiel. I remain silent and don't press any buttons, yet somehow get linked to the call centre anyway. It's incredibly infuriating and undeniably a scam!
