Earlier today, I received a rather curious call from this number, purporting to be from Openreach. The caller was suggesting that they could switch my phone line to some sort of carbon fibre setup. Strangely, they had my personal information - my name, my address, everything! They insisted that I had asked for this change, which is utterly false as I never did such a thing. After the call, I attempted to ring them back, only to be met with silence!
