I’ve received a couple of calls from this number on my personal mobile. When I tried to return the call, I was met with a pre-recorded message stating, “incoming calls are not permitted”. In my quest for answers, I reached out to Raigmore Hospital's main switchboard, but they were utterly baffled by the extension (1130). They had no clue which department it belonged to, and interestingly, they mentioned that they had also been queried about this number in the past without any luck in tracing it. Quite the mystery!
