I recently received a phone call from Parks Motor Group in Inverness, and I must say it was completely legitimate, as I had just purchased a vehicle from them. No suspicious business here!

I didn't recognise the caller, so I opted not to answer and subsequently placed the number on my blocked list. After doing a bit of digging into it, I can say for certain, these pesky callers really are a right pain, aren’t they?

Who might this be? I received a call from a number that shares my local area code, but I didn't recognise it. It seems like scammers are getting crafty by using local codes to increase the chances of us answering. Luckily, I was out and about when they tried to reach me, and they didn’t bother leaving a voicemail.
