7 yearsThis guy’s voice was so muffled, like he was calling me from some far away place, and on top of that, he had a thick Asian accent. I had to keep asking him to slow down 'cos I just couldn’t catch what he was saying. Then he started shouting, saying he was from BT Outreach and talking about my internet. I’m not even with BT so I just ended the call straight away. If he really worked for BT, they need to hire folks who can speak properly.
