I had a chat with the central switchboard, and it turns out they’re a courier firm. They were reaching out to my business about promoting in magazines, which is right up our alley, so it felt legitimate. Oddly enough, they don’t bother leaving voicemails, which is a bit peculiar.

I received a call from the Inverness Courier, but it seems they haven't the faintest clue as to why they decided to reach out to me!

When I picked up the call and mentioned the name of my business, they didn't respond but I could tell there was someone on the other end. It was odd, as they remained silent for a while before suddenly disconnecting the call.

The individual ringing from this number didn’t bother to leave any sort of message on my voicemail, so I'm left scratching my head about their intentions. Quite irritating, don't you think?

No voicemail was left, which suggests it probably isn't anything urgent. I reckon it’s likely just a nuisance call.
