TOTAL SCAM. Got a call from a woman with a kinda American accent saying she was from TalkTalk tech support, telling me my internet was about to be disconnected. She asked me to press 1 to speak to them or press 2 to disconnect the service.

Just hung up straight away - do not trust this!
