I keep receiving calls from this number incessantly, but I have to keep turning them down. My phone’s ancient and doesn’t have a blocking feature. You’d think they’d tire of it after nearly a hundred attempts and all of them going unanswered! It’s pretty ridiculous, don’t you reckon?

01462646769 has loads of bad reviews online so I just blocked it straight away. Every day it tries to call like 3 times in a row with blocked numbers then I get a call from a withheld number right after, obviously really keen to get through! Proper irritating!

They claimed to be calling from a credit agency and mentioned some government scheme to assist individuals in clearing their debts. I believe that's what he mentioned, but his English was quite lacking. Surely, if it were a genuine government initiative, they'd employ staff who could communicate in a clearer manner, wouldn't you agree?

I told her she’d got the wrong person, but she snapped at me to get the owner of the number. I said I was the owner and that’s not my name, then I just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now.

Got a call asking if I was some fella who used to have my phone number. I get loads of scam calls meant for him. The bloke on the other end was really rude and just cut me off when I told him to remove my number from their list since it’s not his anymore and hasn’t been for ages. When I told him he was bothering me with all these calls, he claimed it was only his first time callin. I told him twice to remove my number from their list and then he just ended the call on me!

This number has rung me a few times. Today a guy called himself Daniel from Debt Management Services, saying I had multiple unsecured credit card loans. I asked for his phone number and he gave me 0207 5694781. I questioned why this didn’t match the number on my caller ID, and he said the number I saw was some kind of internet number and the 0207 one was his office line. Then he asked if I was going to ring him back, I said no, and he wanted to know why I even asked for the number if I wasn’t going to call. As soon as I said that I needed it just for my records, he hung up straight away.
