On 20th Dec 2023 around 2.30pm, I got a recorded call on my landline from someone claiming to be my bank’s security team. They said there'd been two charges on 'my card' for Amazon. Absolutely a scam! Banks never contact you like that. I ended the call pretty quick, didn’t wait around for it to finish.
