He plainly said to the agent that he wasn’t the account holder and that it was me (his dad). My son is really upset about this, thinking he did something wrong when he’s innocent. Received a dodgy call from 3 Mobile-absolute lowlifes! I've flagged the number now. Their marketing strategies are pathetic, to say the least. Honestly, they must be the most dreadful mobile provider ever!
