Got a call from this Energy Saving Advice Centre on my work phone. When I mentioned it was a business line and asked if that was their intended number, they just cut me off without a word, no explanation or apology or anything. Tried to ring them back to raise a complaint about their rude behaviour but all I got was their voicemail. Proper annoying! Caller ID showed 01462385090.

This number keeps ringing me but never leaves any voicemail. When I try to call back, it won’t let me - I guess it’s one of those blocked or anonymous numbers, maybe from some PPI or something from Hitchin. Really annoying!

I got a call from someone claiming to be the Energy Saving Advice Centre, and when I asked to be taken off their call list, they outright refused. The caller was really quite rude about it too. Not impressed at all.
