Upon doing a bit of digging, I found that search engines only revealed it to be a private line with no suspicious feedback, so I decided to return the call. Thank goodness I’m on a pay-as-you-go plan, because when I rang back, I was greeted by a robotic voice saying, "Thank you for your call, we value your connection and will transfer you to the next available representative,” followed by some rather tedious hold music. I started with a balance of £2.69 on my phone. After waiting just 45 seconds, my line went silent as all my credit had vanished! Isn’t that rather dubious, to say the least?
