Got a call from a woman about getting out of a timeshare. She said she was from some place called ITA or something close to TRA, can't remember exactly. She seemed pretty knowledgeable and had answers for everything I asked, but as soon as she told me her company's name, I started feeling a bit suspicious. Something didn’t quite sit right with me.

Got a call today from a new number, somewhere else in the UK, all about timeshares again. Honestly, it’s mad how many branches these guys seem to have - feels like they’ve got loads of people stuck at home earning peanuts just making these calls. For every person they manage to get to spend, it’s gotta be worth it to them. Cold calls are meant to be banned if you're signed up with the TPS, which I am, but doesn’t look like they care at all.

Over the last week, I received three calls from this landline, 01462 354040. When I answered one time, a woman named Lara was on the line. She seemed a bit odd and mentioned something about her firm passing on calls to legal services who might arrange a visit to my home. That’s when I got really suspicious and decided to hang up straight away. Something didn’t seem right at all.

This number has been ringing me loads this week, but I never picked up. Today I finally did, and the person asked for me by name. He didn’t say who he was exactly, just claimed he was from the ITA and wanted to check details about my timeshare. I told him to erase any info they had on me, and then he just ended the call!
