Got a call from someone with a South Asian accent claiming hackers were messing with my internet. When I asked where she was calling from, she said Open Reach. She mentioned some issue at my local exchange but wouldn't say exactly where. After I pushed a bit, she admitted it was close to the university, so I asked if she meant Hull University - then the call just cut off.
