Got a call from this number on my phone yesterday but when I picked up, nothing, just silence and no voicemail. I tried ringing back today and the voicemail said something about the Energy Department and that I'd get a call from an advisor. No message was left and it showed the call was from Chard. Feels dodgy, most likely a scam. I’ve put it on my blocked list now.
